Registration for Summer Programs is Open

Jun. 05, 2023

Registration is now open for our summer baseball season that runs in July and August.

Program Description

Summer programs run through the months of July and August (2 months). The regular season of game-play generally includes 10-12 games over 6 weeks plus playoffs. Teams will generally play 2 games per week and may have one practice per week, though some coaches may schedule additional field times. For the most part, younger ages play within KBA only. At some levels tiered play may permit some teams to play interlock games against other teams from across the National Capital Region. Older teams (Junior & Senior) generally have a schedule interlocked with other organizations to provide balanced and varied competition. All divisions are co-ed, open to all players within the relevant age groups.

Equipment and Uniforms

All players must supply their own baseball glove and batting helmet. Players should wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing for baseball activities, baseball pants are highly recommended. A jock or jill is required.  Players with their own baseball bats are encouraged to bring them. Uniforms (jersey, cap) will only be distributed for house and interlock play (some jerseys are loaners while other divisions keep their jersey. Caps are always kept by the player)
