Refund Policy
Withdrawals are accepted up to two weeks before the start of the applicable program and generate a credit, applied to your account, that can be used for any future programming by any member of your immediate family.
Cancellations of any kind may result in a pro-rated credit, applied to your account, that can be used for any future programming by any member of your immediate family. The amount of pro-rated credit will depend on the timing and the situation related to the cancellation.
Requests for withdrawals or cancellation must be made with the registrar at registrar@kanatabaseball.com
Refund of credits, less $25 to cover banking and administrative fees, may be requested of the treasurer at treasurer@kanatabaseball.
