Contract Requirements
Organizers must prepare a rooming list for guest bedroom allocations and all charges are placed on one master account. Please note that a deposit, signed contract, and proof of general commercial liability insurance (listing Carleton as additionally insured) is required. Note: We do not offer room blocks
Traditional: Traditional style residences consist of two single beds and desks per room that share a washroom with the adjoining room.
$41/person/night Please note that we do not offer private rooms for this rate.
Suite: Suite style residences consist of two or four bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed and a desk, which share a common area equipped with a microwave and fridge, and a private washroom.
$62/person/night Please note that we do not offer private suites for this rate.
Contracted Meal Rates
The cafeteria offers all-you-care-to-eat meals for an additional fee.
Breakfast - $10.92 (+ HST per person)
Lunch - $13.59 (+ HST per person)
Dinner - $15.94 (+ HST per person)
Meal Schedule
Breakfast: 6:30am - 9:00am
Lunch: 11:00am - 2:00pm
Dinner: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
Stay Details
- Public lounges are available on each floor for guest use.
- Free wireless internet is available.
- Check-in is any time after 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
- Guests must be 18 yrs of age or older to check-in or be accompanied by adult chaperones during their stay.
Additional fees
- A 5% coordination fee, based on the total net invoice value will be added to the final invoice
- Parking, Dedicated floor security and housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
Visitor Parking
Daily overnight parking is available in the P18 parking garage. You must use the kiosk (at the Southwest corner entrance) to pay and display your permit in your vehicle. Daily parking resets each morning at 7AM, please ensure you are paying for multiple days at the kiosk if you are staying for more than 1 night. Pay By Plate Parking Rates Payments can be made at Pay Stations found in the Lot or through the Hotspot Mobile App)
